Access to the website www.MapaVerde.es grants the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of all the conditions contained in this Legal Notice.
The content of this Legal Notice may undergo modifications, so the user’s acceptance will be regarding the Legal Notice published by MAPAVERDE at the time the user accesses the website. Therefore, each time the user accesses the website, they should read this Legal Notice carefully.
Additionally, access to the website www.MapaVerde.es is subject to all notices, conditions of use, and instructions made known to the user by MAPAVERDE that replace, complete, and/or modify this Legal Notice.
Conditions of Use of the Website
The user agrees to use the services, products, and utilities offered by MAPAVERDE through the website www.MapaVerde.es in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, and other notices and instructions made known to them, as well as with morality, generally accepted good customs, and public order.

If you are acting on behalf of a cannabis social club, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to set up and manage the MapaVerde account for that club.
2. Termination
MapaVerde reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to MapaVerde’s products at any time, including, without limitation, if you breach the MapaVerde Collective Terms of Service.
3. Third-Party Materials
MapaVerde’s products may display third-party content, including data, links, articles, and services (collectively, “Third-Party Materials”). These materials are provided for your convenience, and MapaVerde is not responsible for any third-party content or services.
Access to and use of third-party materials is at your own risk, and such materials are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the third parties involved. You should perform your due diligence before interacting with third-party content or services.
4. Subcontractors
MapaVerde reserves the right to subcontract any services or products provided to you through our platform to third parties.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MapaVerde, its affiliates, and related parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs (including legal fees), or any other expenses arising from:
(i) Your use or misuse of MapaVerde’s products or services;
(ii) Your content and intellectual property violations;
(iii) Breach of these Terms of Service;
(iv) Violation of applicable laws;
(v) Disputes with users, customers, or service provision;
(vi) Any injuries, deaths, or damages caused by your products or services;
(vii) Any misconduct, negligence, or fraudulent actions by you or your affiliates.
MapaVerde reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any legal defense, at your expense, for claims you must indemnify us for.
6. Limits on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, MapaVerde and its affiliates are not liable for:
A) Technical disruptions, malfunctions, or issues with MapaVerde’s platform or services, or any loss of data, unauthorized access, or failure to process orders.
B) The actions, content, or services of third parties, or any interactions with them.
MapaVerde’s total liability to you, if any, is limited to the total amount you have paid for services in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
7. Prohibited Activities; Liquidated Damages
You agree not to use MapaVerde’s platform or products to:
A) Promote or list any third-party services that offer dispensary, cannabis retail, delivery, or brand listing services, or any services that compete with MapaVerde.
B) Promote any third-party business that is not your own, except for listing your personal website or social media accounts.
If you breach this provision, you agree to pay liquidated damages in the amount of €10,000 per month that the breach continues. This amount is considered a reasonable estimate of damages MapaVerde would incur due to such a breach and is not a penalty. This does not prevent MapaVerde from removing the prohibited content from its platform.
By using MapaVerde’s services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and acknowledge that any violation may result in termination of your access and possible legal action.
