  I have generally had positive experiences at this social club, which is why today's experience was particularly disappointing.
  
  When I arrived, there were two staff members behind the counter. I approached the staff member I usually go to because she has always been friendly and welcoming. She was eating behind the counter, which I personally don't have an issue with, but I hadn't noticed that she was on her break.
  
  Another staff member i think an italian Girl immediately reacted in a rude and dismissive manner, asking why I was going to her colleague when she was eating. I explained that I hadn't realized she was on a break and mentioned that she is my favorite staff member because she has always provided great service.
  
  After that, I placed my membership chip on the counter and briefly looked at the menu before ordering. The staff member appeared visibly annoyed that I was taking a moment to check the menu and even turned to her colleague to complain about it. The attitude throughout the interaction felt impatient, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational.
  
  When I addressed the situation and asked whether customer service was also part of the job, she simply replied "no." Unfortunately, that answer perfectly reflected the service I received today.
  
  The club itself is good, but customer service clearly needs improvement. One negative interaction can significantly affect the overall experience, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

  I've been a member of at least 6 different clubs over the past 7 years. This is the best, hands down. Biggest menu, best prices, amazing service, cool place to chill.

  I’ve been a member of Mono Loco for a while now and it’s easily one of the best spots in Barcelona. The environment is super chill and respectful, which makes it a great place to relax. Everyone involved in the association is always helpful and makes sure everything runs smoothly according to the rules. It feels like a true private community where everyone is treated with respect. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a serious and well-managed association.

  The best social club. The girls were very helpful, polite, and friendly. Everything was well organized, the prices were affordable, and the service at the reception was excellent. Great atmosphere — highly recommended!

  Horrible experience!! will be telling everybody I know to stay clear of this place, didn’t even enter before being verbally abused by the lady behind the counter. Was very rude and aggressive. IN NO WAY APPROACHABLE. The conversation went like this
  
  Me: hola como estas
  
  Her: WHO ARE YOU AND WHY ARE YOU HERE
  
  Me: I would like to sign up and become a member if possible please.
  
  Her: : well we start with hello round here that would be nice
  
  Me: I did say hello I said hola como estas
  
  Her: well what do you want??
  
  Me: nothing from here you are very rude! goodbye !!
  
  Totally unacceptable and unprofessional
