  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the misleading information I received when purchasing a membership card at your establishment.
  
  When I bought the membership card, I was explicitly told by your staff that I could bring friends, and they would not need to purchase a membership card themselves. However, when my friend and I visited the establishment, we were informed that my friend could not stay because the venue was only for members. This was completely different from what I was told at the time of purchase.
  
  To make matters worse, when I first inquired about the membership, another staff member told me that if I was invited by someone who already had a membership, I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Now, after purchasing the membership, I am being given conflicting information.
  
  This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed. I believe this is a case of false advertising, and I expect better transparency and consistency from your business. I kindly request that you address this issue and consider rectifying the situation.

  Very very high prices and I didn’t get what I ordered and didn’t realise until I got home.

  Stopped here on vacation for my honeymoon in Madrid. Decent selection, very accommodating, very chill atmosphere with music, couches and a pool table. Will be returning for sure

  Was catched by the police a day ago at the corner of this club. Probably doing this regular. Would not recommend the risk! Furthermore, the atmosphere is solid but you immediately realise its a tourist trap. The prices are over the top even for north europeans. The quality price ratio of hash is literally the worst ever. The weed is kind of solid but also overpriced. The prices are probably even higher than in amsterdam which is insane. All in all, ask a local and look for a real social club much better experiences in every way possible.

  First place we tried in Madrid and was personally my favourite, there's plenty of strains to pick from very good quality product, staff were extremely friendly and a very nice chilled out environment, could not reccomend this place enough
