  Everything would be fine if it weren't for one of the girls who works there. I don't know her name, but there are two: one Argentinian who is a delight and a pleasure to be served with such friendliness no matter what time you go; and the other girl in question, who seems to lack friendliness, who usually greets you with a sour face. You have to wait until she finishes her phone call, and she doesn't offer ashtrays. But watch out! If you don't ask, he calls you by name without even a "sorry... X, but we have ashtrays." He comes straight to you from behind the counter and tells you off in front of everyone, saying you have to use ashtrays, when maybe I just want to roll a cigarette and leave. I don't know if they bring them to you or if I have to ask because I've hardly ever stayed to smoke, and this has happened three times now, not counting the last time, when he's made quite curt comments about me not having the membership badge, even though they were out of stock when I became a member. Besides, I always ask, and they never have them. It's not that I don't ask for it or don't want to wear it; I even go with my ID in hand. I also know I'm not the only one who's been left speechless by his inappropriate responses. I wanted to talk to the owner personally, but he's never there, or maybe he's been busy lately. So I hope he at least reads this because my partner, my friends, and I, who are regulars, have let it go several times. We all have bad days, but this has been going on since the end of November. The only reason I haven't switched to Aso is because of the girl and guy who always serve you in such a friendly way. They offer you an ashtray even if you're not staying to smoke, they even bring it to your table as a courtesy, and their attitude makes you want to stay a while.
