  I don’t recommend coming here.
  
  I paid €20 for a membership and have been coming here almost every day, spending at least €150 each visit. On my last day, before heading to the airport, I stopped by with a small backpack. The staff member refused to let me in because of the backpack.
  
  What makes this even more frustrating is that every day I saw plenty of people entering with backpacks, suitcases, and even large guitar cases without anyone questioning them.
  
  The same employee had also been rude to me on a previous visit. She refused to believe I was a member, and I had to spend 10 minutes outside explaining that I had already been there earlier that morning. She eventually let me in, but her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful.
  
  Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place.

  I came here for the first time this year in July. I paid the membership that is good for one year which I was informed. I came back to Madrid thinking that I had a social club membership in Bunny social club. Which was not the case I was greeted by an extremely rude women that came to the door with a real bad attitude stating that I had no invitation which I told her I did and presented her the invitation she mumble rudely and left me in the street.

  Wonderful people, absolutely love the staff. I'm assuming Marta is the wonderful woman in charge, she is an absolute charm, super sweet. I'm not fluent in Spanish, but they are very welcoming and helpful, speaking wonderful English. they made it super easy to get set up after invitation Hopefully next time I visit I'll be more proficient :)
  The place itself is chill, it was pretty quiet while I was there. It's pretty small, but the seating is pretty comfortable. Tables are short though. They have snacks and drinks available as well.
  Product is fairly priced in my experience.

  Absolutely fantastic . If you want to go a place to relax and enjoy a night in a reliable environment go there ! Good staff , good products . All good .
