  I was skeptical at first, but any doubts vanished the moment I walked through the door.
  The environment is nice it’s a lounge, this place feels like a high-end, cozy living room with comfortable sofas, chill lighting.
  The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the registration process clearly.
  Whether you are a local or a traveler definitely recommend checking it out!

  All the staff is very attentive, kind and fun to be near. Shoutout to all of them! Both the process of registering into the club and buying whatever you need is super easy. The only thing BioHazard needs to seriously improve is the lighting. Spotlight white hospital vibes lights are not it. Try some warm yellow lights that dont go into peoples face. They did add 2 LED panels which improved the aesthetic but the place could use more art and detail in the social atmosphere overall

  Very chill and relaxing place with very nice and helpful staff. I was in Madrid for one month on vacation from America and I stopped in here several times during my stay. I would compare it to the dispensaries I'm used to back home, shiny and clean, but set up with little chill spots with the things you need where you can hang out and smoke. There are others around but everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, but I don't speak much Spanish so I couldn't talk much anyway. Don't expect local prices as you are in a very touristy area...but my flower prices did range depending on quality...or perhaps frequent buyer discount..IDK Overall I would rate it 4 or 5 stars but I don't have anything to compare it to in Spain so I don't really know. I liked it, and It made my trip so much more enjoyable! So, thank you to Hector and all your staff, keep up the good work amigo!!! Hasta luego!!!!!

  If you’re in Madrid and are looking for a place that makes you feel welcomed from the first interaction, look no further than Bio Hazard. After coming from a country where it’s legal to use the staff here made the process extremely easy. Overall the vibe of the club is very chill! The staff were also very friendly. As a first time visitor they were so welcoming!! One pice of advice: you should definitely sign up for a membership through their website. I tried to reach out through Instagram like some of the clubs in Barcelona, but their online form was much quicker.

  Everything was fine, Hector and Maria were very nice and down to earth. The products were also good. However I didn’t like Pablo attitude towards me and my cousin, showing very aggressive attitude, just because i was selecting a youtube music after i asked one girl that worked there, literally snatching the tv remote from my hands. I always try to be respectful everywhere i go and I didn’t expect such rude treatment. Then he sat with his boys talking in spanish, thinking we wouldn’t understand, saying he was openly racist ( i am mixed race) and doesn’t care because he assumed we won’t come back again. Gross mistake because we wanted to come back again. Very amateur and obnoxious attitude towards customers.
